I now own 10 of these bookcases. They are an excellent value for the price and they are actual pieces of furniture, not the usual "assemble yourself" type product. Wheat color is a subdued shade of oak--very classy. Packaging was excellent, protects bookscases well, no damage whatsoever. Only downside is the smell, as these have composite wood parts that use formaldehyde--according to label, it conforms with latest guidelines for safety, however it takes several days for smell to dissipate, so if you have allergies, beware that they need to be ventilated.

This is a great looking, excellent quality product for the price. I looked everywhere to find a solid wood bookcase with a distressed oak finish to match our other Study furniture. Everything I saw was either ultra high end (>$1000) and frankly not what I was after, or low-end, cheap looking. Then I found the Huntington Oxford online at Kathy Ireland. The picture and description were exactly what I was looking for, but I was worried about ording such a big furniture piece online without actually touching it. I ended up ordering 2 which were delivered pretty promptly in well packed cartons into the house. There was no real setup except for breaking open the packaging material and setting up the shelves. Warning - this is all solid hardwood under the veneer so it's very heavy and may need 2 people to move around. Heavy is good though in a bookcase with all the weight it may potentially carry. The routing and decorative details on the bookcase give it a really classy look without being overdone. The distressed finish is also just right. Shelf flexibility is very good. I would highly recommend this product and retailer to anyone looking for this style of bookcase. It looks and feels like a bookcase costing 4x the price.
