    I purchased this product for my 52" LCD tv. I did a good amount of research before I decided to purchase this stand. The cost was my number one priority. I do believe in 'you get what you pay for' but this stand seems to be an exception.The cabinet for components is ideal for a cable box and wi-fi router like my setup, but the width is not wide enough for a receiver and dvd player side to side. It can be double stacked. However, the length seems to fall short as well as my 5 disc dvd player is sticking out about 1 inch. Cutting a hole in the cardboard backing is an option to clear your cables. I think standard dvd players should fit just fine.The quality and construction of this stand is pretty good. One of my friends commented that it looked like I bought it from the "Pottery Barn". I really like their stuff but I think it's overpriced.I have noticed a slight bow in the top shelf from the weight of the tv in the center. I do not know if it will get worse but I have my eye on it for now. There isn't any support underneath that point which might be a flaw in the design since it's dead space. One idea is it can be useful for a sound bar which I plan on purchasing in the near future. Yamaha is a perfect fit!The side shelves are a great addition for storage. They are deep and can hold a lot of stuff. The only problem is in order to access dvd's you may have to take pull them out to get to the ones in the far back. There are also circular cut-outs inside each side shelf for anticipation of running wires for electronics like the wii, xbox, playstation or in my case a subwoofer. That was a well thought out idea.[...]. Some hardware wasn't up to par but everything was organized and they do include a few extras just in case. I did noticed a few dings on only two panels, but it was something I could live with.And finally, to all of the contemporary furniture shoppers, I was torn with the fact that this stand is high (about 3 feet) in comparison to the new trend of flat screen tv stands that sit low to the floor (1.5 to 2 feet). The viewing angle is still nice while sitting and standing. Think of it this way, my tv sits right around the area as if it were mounted on the wall. It's not that bad, the entire unit itself just looks big at 5 feet high.For the looks, construction and price this unit is definitely worth the duckets. It has plenty of storage space/functionality for 2/3rds the cost of other fashionable tv stands.

    The unit came packaged very well protected. I inspected all pieces and found one flaw on the top piece of the cabinet. It looked like something brushed into the finish before it dried, but this is hard to see in our T.V room. The right door was a little wider than the left door and it did not fit into the opening it was designed for. I had to bend the hinges to make it fit. In addition I had to re-drill the hinge mounting holes as it was not centered in the opening. Also added nylon shims to the hinges to get the proper fit on both doors. It took me the better part of two days to fix these problems. Once the unit is together it looks really good...not sure if I would go through the hassle of multiple fixes again. I don't feel at any price a consumer should have to apply modifications just to meet the manufactures specifications. We are happy with it now, but you need to decide if you want to possibly travel the road we had to take to make this cabinet look like it is suppose to.

      We have been looking for a while for a new tv unit- this is exactly the design I was wanting and in our price range!!! I wanted a credenza with height and hidden storage and my husband wanted room for all his components and glass doors for the remotes to work through. It arrived in about 2 days, extremely well packed and was fairly easy to assemble! It is heavy but that's okay considering it holds a huge tv, I would rather it be sturdy. I have already gotten compliments and recommended this website to others. We will be happy to purchase from here again.

                  I was concerned about the assembly after reading the reviews. If you have ever used CamLocks, this was a breeze. I do suggest 2 people for easist assemble just due to the size. Some commented the weight was a con. Personally, I appreciate the fact it was much heavier (sturdier!)than most "self-assembled" products I've seen. I love the size. We have our TV wall mounted high due to our room layout. It took months to find a media center with this height & width in the dark wood. It's a perfect fit and I couldn't be happier. The price makes this a steal! If the size and style is a match for what you are wanting, you won't be disappointed!

                    This TV stand has an outstanding look to it. It prominently displays my 55 in LED TV and gives it a feeling of a real home entertainment system. This is by far the largest stand I have ever owned and it can store millions of things from movies to blu ray players to video games and more. Assembly directions were very easy to understand and setup is very fast. As far as anything negative I have nothing so far. The best thing about this stand is that it keeps my kids from being able to put fingerprints all over my new TV. If you are in the market for a stand pick this one up no questions.
