I use this table between the breakfast nook and great room as a social table, I can have breakfast, conversation with a friend, watch tv, pay bills all at this location. I love it.

Nice looking table. Fairly stable....just a little wobbly, but nothing too troubling. Using tables in a bar, so they get moved around a lot. I think in a non-commercial space where they are stationary, they'd be considered very hearty.

It looks great, was easy to assemble, but is extremely heavy! Depending on how often you move it around, that can be a hassle. The finish is nice.
