I bought this Kitchen Island for just that, It looks beautiful from the front but the back which is the first part you see when you enter the kitchen looks not finished with the Big screw holes exposed for everyone to see. My husband is going try to hide them.. The drawers are not very long, they dont even hold utensils.my spatula & longer utensils do not fit properly. The Island would look much better on a wall.

I have this product in my living room in my very small apartment and it looks great! It's sturdy and great quality, and there's tons of storage. It's one of the only pieces I plan on taking when I move. The only problem was the packaging: screws fell out of bags and we lost a couple and some of the wood was slightly cracked, but it turned out to be facing the back so it still looks perfect! This is also the cheapest you'll find it online.

I gotta say, Its pretty sad that I have this piece as well and I have the same problem. The stainless steel top is dented. And you know what. This is the first and only company that wouldnt replace the top for me. . They wouldnt even let me buy a new one. I buy alot of furniture. so i deal with a lot of missing or damaged parts. its a fact of life. but when every other company will replace the parts for nothing, it says something about this one. . I will never be buying from this company again. And I own a furniture store so every one of my customers that purchase furniture from me will know. From a very unsatisfied customer.

We live in an old 1920s style house with an original kitchen. There is a pantry, but no modern cabinetry. We use this piece to store food, tea towels and wine inside, on the top we have the coffee maker, toaster and radio. The only downside is the stainless steel top has a small divit from shipping, too small to return.
Looks great, does the job.Easy to put together.
