        I needed added storage space in my kitchen, and had this great big open floor which was very conducive to an island. Overall, I think this is a good product, and only took two of us about an hour to assemble. I am, however,a bit disappointed in the finish. Parts of the doors are not sanded/smoothed out as well as they should be, with ragged edges and small imperfections.

            I purchased this island for extra storage space and to double as an eating area for a small kitchen. When it arrived it was even nicer than the pictures. It's made very well and very solid. It looks really pretty and serves its purpose excellently.

            This unit solved our counter space/breakfast table problem! The top finish isn't great and will need a new finish in the next few years. The unit is very stable; we added some pads on the bottom for easier moving. Have fun putting it together!
