General Shipping Information:
Small Parcel
Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address. If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

One of the screw holes was deeper than it should have been so we had to go out to the hardware store to get a longer one to fit. But overall I really like it now that it's together. I imagined it being a little taller but that was my mistake! I use it to store hats, gloves, etc! Hang jackets and scarves! It's great!! Pros

Comments about Home Styles Hall Tree and Storage Bench in Black: This piece of furniture is attractive, but much smaller than the photo makes it appear to be. It was hard to put together & is already starting to feel loose on one side. The hinge for the top of the bench didn't work at all. It wouldn't allow the door to close, so we are not using it. If the quality were better I would have been more satisfied.
