Small Parcel
Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address. If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Most Liked Positive Review Looks perfect in my entryway! Also, the description of the piece was "solid wood", but one piece (the base that makes up the bottom surface that you see when you open the hinged lid) appears to be particle board with a wood veneer. While it's not a deal breaker, it would've been nice if that had been listed somewhere. There was missing and uneven stain on various pieces and scrapes with raw wood showing on a couple pieces as well.Another point to note is that certain parts/accessories were taped to the wood, in plastic baggies. The tape marks stay! We finally got brave enough to try lighter fluid on the wood (on a part underneath the bench seat that wouldn't show) and discovered that, with care, you can safely remove all the tape and sticker marks.Dowels that are used to join the pieces together still show when the unit is assembled. We discovered this part-way into the assembly and used a brown Sharpie marker to color around each dowel, to make it blend in better with the finish of the hall tree. If you choose not to do this, just know that you will be able to noticeably see little bits of the light-colored wood dowels.The bottom line is, this hall tree is very sturdy and pretty, but it does look like a $250 piece of furniture. IF YOU ARE NOT VERY PARTICULAR, YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THIS UNIT. IF YOU ARE PARTICULAR, YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER A DIFFERENT AND/OR MORE EXPENSIVE OPTION. Reviewed by 13 customers Sort by Pros

Comments about Home Styles Furniture Full Hall Tree: Really loved the look of this piece of furniture. I did order the oak (light piece) but looked more like mission oak or cherry when it came. It did look nice when it was all put together and complemented our room well, so we decided to stay with it. It was easy for my husband to put together, he said as long as you took your time. The height was ok, just right for our children, but we did buy it for our mudroom for boots, coats, gloves and hats. All and all a great buy for the money.  Pros

Also, they give you one extra of every part, but they do not include wood plugs for the top, so if you are 6' you will see the holes on the top. I wrote them an email and they sent me a bag of plugs for free. I advised they consider including them! Pros

I imagine we will have this for many years to come unlike some other furniture that I've purchased online. Put it together by myself and a couple of the holes weren't drilled quite far enough so I had a heck of a time with them, but otherwise it wasn't A little bit darker than pictured but not a lot and it matches the darker parts of my oak floors perfectly. Comments about Home Styles Furniture Full Hall Tree: It is best to follow the assembly instructions to a "T" even though they are a bit scrambled. Make sure you use the correct size screws in the right location or you can get into problems. Don't install the wooden dowels, that cover the tightening screws, till after the unit is fully assembled and moved to where you want it as they will be a bear to remove. I was missing tow and am awaiting replacements. Oh and the Spring Loaded bench lift bars are tough to find where the mounting holes are but they are there. Unit is very good looking and high quality.
