Small Parcel
Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address. If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Most Liked Positive Review Excellent piece of furniture. This is an attractive piece of furniture that is very sturdy and easy to assemble. VS Most Liked Negative Review Assembly a little complicated We spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out the attachment of the spring hinges. In the end we gave up and didn't install them. The directions were not clear as to exactly where they should be attached. A closer picture of the proper way to attach and cleaer directions would have been incredibly helpful. The unit is fine without the springs. It also appears shorter when put together. The color is nice and I am happy with it. We spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out the attachment of the spring hinges. In the end we gave up and didn't install them. I use it in my foyer and it looks good. Was easy to assemble in appx two hours. Solid wood, the finish is very nice if you're ok with rustic appearance. I got it in cherry. I would recommend it for people who are shopping within this price range. The only complain is it was missing two wooden buttons. Pros

We have a very small entryway and this really makes a difference and cuts down on clutter. Love the shelf on the top for some small baskets to keep keys and the like. Ample storage in the bench and enough space underneath to slide a tray for some shoes. Wish it came with a cushion though I found a great match online elsewhere. Only bad thing really is the spring hinge that is supposed to keep the bench lid from slamming shut just did not work, we could not figure out how to install it. We still need to call and rectify that. Pros
