I got it together, it meets my need and I'm pleased with it. It wasn't intended to be an up scale piece of fine wood furniture, but it matches my bookcases and it looks good.

    Great looking piece, very practical, and I'm glad I have it.

    However - this is one of those assemble-it-yourself products. I've assembled dozens of furniture items with full success, but struggled with this one. At least half of the cams (used to tighten panels together) broke. They were NOT over-tightened - and in some cases, I have still not been able to tighten them at all because the panels do not line up. E.g. I cannot move the piece because the top comes off - and I can't tighten the cams because the panels are badly out of alignment. I've dis-assembled and carefully re-assembled it - made no difference. I'm going to have to use steel brackets to brace the piece ... which should not be necessary!

    And by the way - if you have a big LCD TV - you'll probably be okay. But my 50" plasma bent the top, and I had to mount it on the wall above the credenza. (Kinda defeats the purpose!)

    So I have mixed feelings ... because despite those problems, it's a very handsome piece of furniture, and it works well.

    This cabinet is an excellent addition to our living area. It is a quality and beautiful piece of funiture..No issues with fit of panels or packaging..If any of my friends are looking for a quality cabinet I will highly recommend it..I would however recommend a smoke glass option for the doors..

      I have put several entertainment centers together and this was by far the hardest one. The metal cam screws were terrible. had several that broke and didnt even have enough to finish the project. Hopefully I can get more to attach the top piece.

              This is a great piece of furniture. My new 47" lcd
              tv fits perfectly with just enough room on each side for the speakers. Plenty of storage for all my components-dvr, blue ray, surround sound, wi, ps3.
              slight issue with one of the hinges, but easy enough to fix.
