Direction could be better. Make sure to look at the pictures diagrams closely. Certain judgment calls had to be made due to lack of picture detail. Very Sturdy even after moving fully loaded. I read on the Homestyles site that the furniture is blended. Some hardwood and reinforced areas where there is more stress points and some composite where it would not compromise sturdiness. Not cheap. But pay a little more and get a little more.

Bought this product for a beverage center, and works great with the mission style furniture we already have. It's very sturdy, and heavy. It did take a while to put together, but was well worth it. Instructions are good.
