General Shipping Information:
Small Parcel
Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address. If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Most Liked Positive Review Pleased with purchase I was pleased with the height of this product. I wanted the TV away from my son's hands. This works perfectly. And with when we are lounging in our recliners we can see the TV perfectly. We just finished the family room renovation and I did not want to mount the TV on the wall. I needed a piece of furniture that would hold a 46" LCD TV or larger if we deicide to upgrade. We also needed room for an Xbox, blue-ray player, PVR. I had problems with the PVR getting too hot in our old entertainment center which I corrected by drilling some holes in the back panel to help with the air flow. Most entertainment centers had shelves that were too close together, had glass doors that prevented any air flowing over the components and no cord cutouts in the back panel to get cords to the outlet. I did have a few feet that were nicked but I just put those to the back and no one is the wiser. The instructions were very easy to follow, just have lots of room to lay everything out and assemble it. Our order arrived in less than a week and it was more of a quality product than we expected! It came in 2 boxes that took 2 people to carry in the house, as they were quite heavy. It needed to be assembled, but it is really a quality piece of furniture that is a perfect match for our decor. The picture does not do it justice. Buy it - you won't be sorry!
