Great design and material. Very solid construction! Many uses as a laptop and homework station, as well as a mail/bill station. My daughter named it "Information Central". Not too big like some of its brethren, perfect for smaller spaces.

Was very impressed with the assembly instructions. I had all the parts and everything fit exceptionlly well. It very attractive and exceeded my expectations for quality and construction. This desk more than met my expectations. I wanted a small desk to fit into the corner of my kitchen so I could have my laptop readily available. It's a great looking piece of furniture and the ebony colour looks great with my black appliances. One of the 4 drawers catches slightly and may be able to be adjusted. Only real drawback - should have L brackets included to attach the hutch to the desk as a safety feature. I do love this desk!

I read a review from another customer that said he had diffculty with assembly.... my husband had no such problems. It was assembled in less than 30 minutes!!!

I had to cut most of the pegs down to fit properly between the bars. Looks great in any room. Sturdy. Screw covers had to be re-glued in as well. If you can make a few adjustments with out too much difficulty the end result is great.
