This Kitchen Island doesn't disappoint... It looks far more expensive than it is. I was surprised at how high 36" is, but it's the same as my counters so it looks great. It just took a few minuets to get used to in that somehow I was thinking it would be a little lower than it is. But, not to worry, I'm used to it now and it's perfect. The storage is great, and the drawer is spacious. Most of all, it's beautiful and that's important to me. I really appreciate that the drawer and the doors function from both sides, making both sides equally attractive and, at the same time, functional. I really love it. Plenty of work space on top. I plan to embellish the top with granite to match my kitchen counters, but one doesn't need to. My stove is a distance from my sink, so I want to be able to set hot pots on it midway as I traverse between the two without concern over damaging it. Go for it - you'll be so glad you did. Cymax has been awesome to deal with. Would shop here again in heartbeat.

Only took about an hour to assemble. Looks just as good as it's picture. My picky husband even liked it. You can't build one for this price.

Bought as a center island for a kitchen, beautiful piece, came in two boxes so its easier to maneuver but its still heavy. Comes partially assembled so all you do is put the rest together took me 20 minutes by myself. Quality is excellent would definitely recommend.

I described myself as a budget shopper, which I am, but I do not like cheap. This island is beautiful, well made, not too difficult to assemble, less than half the price of comparable quality and the material is substantial quality. I have just remodeled my kitchen and could have purchased an island along with the other cabinets but chose this instead and saved a bundle. I am adding an all-over granite top and it will be perfect. I have had many compliments on this island and many that wanted to know where I purchased it.

My new kitchen has a lot of open floor space which just called out for an island. I wanted an island that had the look of high end furniture. It is great !! [...]took 1 hour to assemble. It is nice and heavy. the storage is nice. We expected to pay much more for this caliber of furniture. Thank you so much !!
