        I enjoy my new kitchen island. It provides additional workspace and storage and I am very pleased with the beautiful craftsmanship and design. I would have preferred a butcher block or granite top but pleased with the overall product.

          My wife and I bought this stand to fill an empty space in our kitchen and also provide additional counter space (a commodity as every cook knows). This island is great. Looks exactly as pictured. The Stand is both very sturdy and very heavy. Because of this, the stand is secure and feels almost permanent. The storage is good.

          My only complaint with this island is the drawer. In order to accommodate opening the drawer from both sides, the drawer doesn't ride on rails, instead slides on felt strips. The drawer has no stops and will slide from one side through to the other which doesn't provide that satisfying "thump" to let you know "Hey, I'm a drawer...and now I'm closed!". If you're a neurotic, organization type person, this will be a constant battle for you.

          Love this item. Buy it.

            This is a beautiful and quality piece of furniture. I have placed my keurig coffee maker and the pod carousel on it (among other items). I needed more storage space and this has it. My husband didn't have any trouble putting it together because everything fit and the directions were easy to follow. It is a great addition to our kitchen.
