    Comments about Hillsdale Universal Youth Bookcase Storage Platform Bed and Wall Storage in Navy and Silver Finish:

    Bed looks great, however, it came with two of the drawer frames broken, two of the blue panels had damage one of the side panels of the wall storage was damaged (from factory) and the welds on the bottom had to be ground down before it would fit together. I had read other reviews about the drawers and they were all correct. The bed is very sturdy but the drawers are beyond cheap. It makes no sense they would build such a sturdy bed and put in such cheap drawers. oddly, they provide 6 bolts and nuts to attach the metal fronts to the wood frames, which probably weigh more than the drawers themselves. I had to repair (glue w clamps) then add screws to drawers before installing. Overall, the bed is great look, but damage and time are not really worth it. As far as service, i just got them 2 days ago and we will see how fast i get replacement pieces when i call.
