This is for a office/guest room that is 12' x 16' with 9' ceilings -- a large room. The Daybed is much bulkier looking in this space than I expected as the mattress sits pretty high. We will probably try to lower the support rails to make it look more like a sofa. Went together very easily and the upholstery is decent quality.

I brought this for my mom to use in her den. I had the pleasure of sleeping on it while staying with her after my surgery. The fabric looks rich and the wood appears durable. She has only had for 1 week, but I love it and I'm going to buy it for one of my spare rooms.

My only con is I wish the pull-out trundel lifted to meet with top bed to become a full bed when in use. Other than that better than I expected.

Very easy to assmeble (when you pay attention to the directions). One bolt was missing for assembly, but that was the only big problem

This leather is nice and was packaged perfectly. I was skeptical to purchase a leather product on-line; however, it is beautiful, functional and perfect for our spare bedroom. My grandkids love the trundle. I would definetly recommend if you are looking for an extra special day bed!!

Heavy pieces, but with help is easy to assemble.Very regal looking and is soft and easy to care for.All was excellent except the twin mattresses run differently from top to bottom trundle.A standard twin is 75"s long.The top of day bed could use 2 more inches to avoid gaps at the ends I fixed this with pieces of foam wedged down in there on both sides.The bottom trundle can only fit a 73" mattress.I got EXTREMELY lucky by finding a "mattress in a box" that was 73" and squished it in there.And yes the bed was correctly assembled as instructed! Other than this it is high end looking piece of furniture and the first daybed I've seen that is leather.I would recommend to a friend only if I warned them about the twin mattress situation.I might add that the width is correct.
