My husband and I both really do like the Hillsdale Venus Bar stools. They were so easy to put together and to work (raising and lowering). They are comfortable and hold your back up so that you are not slumping when you sit in them. The fabric seems to be a snap to take care. We just purchased our third stool.

I had three frontgate larissa barstools. They had stopped carrying the stool. I needed a fourth. Bought this as it looked the same and was made by the same company. When I got it I was disappointed in the cheaper unstable base that made me uncomfortable to have my kids sit in them as they tip over easily. Love the stool otherwise. Hope they start making with the better base again.

The adjustable feature fits both our needs. I like to be high and my boyfriend likes to sit lower at the counter. Very comfortable and they are sturdy. The design is a liitle metropolitian but i fits nicely with my decor.

We are a retired couple so we eat at the counter and the stools are great. We like that when the grandkids are here we just raise the stools to each ones needs and they can spin and have fun as well as eat.

We just renovated our kitchen and needed new counter-top bar stools. My husband is 6ft. 3inches so he likes a different height of stool than others, so these chairs are perfect because of the hydraulic lift that allows you to change the height. Everyone who has visited has liked them as well. They are perfect.
