This bakers rack is perfect for our kitchen/dining room. It's design allows me to display decorative items plus a microwave. The assembly instructions were easy to follow; this was the first time my husband of 40 years has complimented a manufacturer on assembly instructions!

I am using this in a home office. The design goes well with the other furnishings. I did have glass cut for the top two shelves for display purposes. This cost a whoppig $30 and makes the unit much more functional.

My kitchen is cinnimon red, charcoal gray, and black, with glass accents, i looked far and wide to find this bakers rack because i didnt want something that looked like a bakers rack! more as a showpiece for my liquor, and shot glasses also to hold my cinnamon red microwave it matched perfectly! the only small grip i have is to make sure i dont put tall bottles of glass on top because of the rungs going threw it but i improvised and used square glass coasters to hold the few bottles i have in place without it would have been a little shaky also when my kids open and shut the microwave it'll move a little bit but they're teenagers so its not so bad.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
