The only reason that I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is that the screws for the seat portion were not hold the padding into place. I used other screws.

These are very sturdy stools and look great in my kitchen/dining room. They were very easy to put together and should last a long time.

I use it in the kitchen. As an older performer,I also use it to sit on while rehearsing songs in the family room with my music group. A very large man in the group, with back problems, also enjoys sitting on it.
I like it's sturdiness and extralarge size seat.
It was well priced.
It is heavy which is good for us & equals sturdiness per my husband.

This product is beautiful and excellent quality but...it takes awhile to put together. A previous comment has stated 15-20 minutes each. we found that they took about 30 minutes each.

Pretty easy to assemble. Took 20 minutes for first one and 15 for second. Only con is they are on the heavy side, but that goes along with being very sturdy and stable so not a big deterant for most people. They were a little more brown in person than what I expected from online photo's (I expected to be more black in color). Still overall very happy with purchase.
