Good quality, great price. Does not fit standard bed frame so headboard looks like a foot board. Don't think you should have to purchase additional mfg. products for headboard to fit properly.

This bed had been without a headboard for a few years. It looked out of place without one. We had an older (in very good condition) maple dresser and wanted to have a matching headboard. This fit the bill. It arrived on time and was packaged well. It went together quickly. The coloring and tone of the maple finish matched perfectly with our 70's maple dresser. It looks like it could have been a set. Couldn't be more pleased. It was perfectly proportioned and sturdy. The bed is complete again and we are happy. Cost was much less than we expected, yet it looks like a higher priced unit. All-around pleased.

My husband had to drill screws on both sides, to attach the legs to the main piece of the headboard. I bought it because I needed a bed that looks like another bed I had.

i had baught a bedroom set different store
the headboard was cheaply made fell apart after
2 months (no refund)i looked around for one that would match
the set. found FBG Newport bayport maple finish
headboard
it fits the room nicely and matched the set
i baught.
other review says its to low Dimensions says
38" H x 38.69" W x 2.19" D
its not to low there are extra holes in the headboard to make ajustments in the height
of the headboard it varys to the mattress you have
as to the height of the headboard
but i see most as seen in the picture.
