Was impressed with product and service. First time on site and the product was exactly as described. Easy to put together (did it by myself in about 30 minutes). Nice sturdy frame. Delivered in timely manner with secure packaging. Mattress is nice thickness (not too plush) but perfect for what we wanted...couch and extra bed for sleepovers.

I was skeptical at first but it fits perfectly in a studio apartment. The back is very straight but you can put the throw pillows lined up along the back for lower back support and makes it very comfortable since the futon is deep. Also need cardboard underneath the futon mattress to prevent the slats from eating into the mattress. Surprisingly the mattress doesn't slide. Good deal. It arrived quickly about six days after I ordered it though I received no shipping notice.

I thought it was great for in a dorm room where space was limited and yet it would fold down to be a perfect bed to sleep on. The mattress was firm yet soft to sleep on.
