    We were looking for a very portable futon...not easy to find...as it would be hauled up and down stairs for overflow guests. This fit the bill. It looks good and is not too heavy for one person to carry (better with two, though). Very easy to flip from couch to bed and it feels secure. It won't be the most comfortable sleep ever but is better than many temporary alternatives. I'm glad we have it. It is now sitting in a home office as a couch.

        I bought this futon for myself and my 12 y/o daughter for use at my sister's house.It is easy to put together,easy to fold up and open up.This futon is comfortable to sleep on and to sit on.I don't find that the mattress slides off,but if it does,try velcro.

        mattress is constantly slipping off frame, theres not attachment to secure it to the frame which makes sitting really awkward

          The frame came without any instructions about putting it together. As there were three sizes of screws, that could have been a problems. Somehow I got it put together and it seems to be very sturdy, although it is also very low to the ground. I have yet to sleep on it so can't rate that quality.
