General Shipping Information:
Small Parcel
Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address. If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Most Liked Positive Review Elite Futon Mattress- Full I have no complaints. I purchased this for my 15 year old son who is 6'1" and 240lbs and I was worried it would be uncomfortable for his size but he loves it and I must admit it is very very comfortable. When the futon is a sofa, the mattress doesn't fill up the space. It looks cheep and not very inviting to sit on. Comments about Elite Products Elite Futon Mattress- Full: I was soon to have a friend move in with me for an unknoen amount of time so i needed a bed that i could also use as a couch and this futon mattress fit the bill perfectly. Very comfy and it took a very short time for it to arrive along with the frame.

Comments about Elite Products Elite Futon Mattress- Full: I got this with a Hermosa Futon and the mattress is better then a cheap 6" cheapo mattress you'd get with a standard cheap futon, but it's not as nice as some of the other mattress's I have tried at local stores. This one has built in springs and some padding in it to buffer, but the coils inside are very noticeable and in spots, hard to sit on. If you can, consider checking something locally or invest a bit more for the better thicker mattresses. It works, but not for heavy or regular use.
