      I have no complaints. I purchased this for my 15 year old son who is 6'1" and 240lbs and I was worried it would be uncomfortable for his size but he loves it and I must admit it is very very comfortable. I would definately recommend this to my friends and family.

      Not bad for the money but disappointed in the looks of this mattress. My husband and I slept OK at my daughter's. We purchased this for her for her spare room. It is very firm without much give. But it was good enough that we didn't feel the bars of the futon during the night. The most disappointing aspect is that it is thinner than I would have liked. When the futon is a sofa, the mattress doesn't fill up the space. It looks cheep and not very inviting to sit on. If I could have exchanged it for a higher quality mattress without any cost to us, I would have done so. I recommend you spend a bit more money and get a thicker mattress.

      My futon is still young. I have been using it for about 3 weeks. Its a decent product and service is very prompt. I had to replace one of my futons part...cymax sent me a new whole unit ...appreciate there service. Sometimes I feel not more than two people can sit when used as couch....but no problems yet.

      We needed a couch for the dining room and a guest bed, so this doubles nicely as both. I have not used it as a bed, but our two guests have and both said that it was quite comfortable. As a couch, it lacks the back support that a real couch would have, but that it likely an issue with all futons. A few well placed throw pillows will rectify that problem.
