*NOTE: According to owner’s manual states to store the product indoors when not in use – out of reach of children. It is a CSA requirement to this point in the manual. Our grills are tested to endure outdoor conditions but we must still put the note that the units are to be stored indoors. It will help prolong the life of the graphics if the unit is covered when not in use and stored outdoors.  Since this is a cooking appliance, which can reach temperatures that could cause a burn, we must include the caution about children.  There is nothing dangerous or harmful to children other than the temperatures, which could cause a burn.

Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.

A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address.

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
