Useful for additional counter space, storage of small appliances, drawers for dish towels, utensils. Rack for my salt/pepper mills, olive oils and a towel rack. Beautifully designed, constructed, and attractive. The locking wheels allow us to move it to clean and to use elsewhere such as for a portable bar when we have guests. The only thing we didn't like was having to assemble it! It took my husband nearly 4 hours even though instructions/parts were adequate.

I absolutely love this! It arrived about a week after ordering and was not very difficult to assemble. We were missing 2 screws, but we used our own and no issues. My husband and I put it together in under 3 hours and the quality, mobility and sturdiness exceeded my expectations. I have recommended this to family and friends. I would definitly buy from Cymax again!

We just downsized from a small house with a BIG kitchen that I had designed myself to a smaller rental with a TINY kitchen that had NO cabinet space. After giving all I could to [@] I needed more storage. I had never ordered furniture on the internet, but the price was right and I was desperate so I took a chance. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! The island is beautifully designed and constructed. Shelves are adjustable and surprisingly spacious. One door arrived scratched and the company sent a new one immediately. The customer service agent even asked if that was all we needed. Stainless steel top is easy to clean and arrived in perfect condition. My husband put it together, it does take a couple of hours but is well worth it. I asked him if he thought I could have done it (I'm pretty handy) and he said he thought I could--just take your time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this piece of furniture or the Cymax/Crosley service. The piece is substantial--not flimsy. The doors and drawers hang straight with equal spacing around each one. The hardware is simple and attractive, but could be changed to match existing cabinet hardware. If you are on the fence, I would say buy it.
