I'm having some trouble with the reclining mechanism, but don't know if it will loosen-up or if I'll have to call Catnapper for repair. I wished the reclining handle was on the outside of the chair instead of between the seat and the arm (lost one star). All-in-all I am happy with the experience and would order from Cymax again. I would like to thank Josh L (Cymax cust.serv.) for his attention and help with this order. Pros

The foot rest is not easy to lock back in when getting up. BUT, this is one very comfortable chair, and I would have bought it despite its shortcomings mentioned here. Pros
