Comments about Bush Furniture Series A 72" Wood Credenza Desk in Hansen Cherry:

I am using this desk to hold a keyboard (of the musical variety), a laptop, two speakers and a large lcd monitor for a second computer. Although i am using it for my musical needs this desk would most likely be for an office. the top is smooth as butter and better than anything i have ever owned. The top is rated to hold 100 pounds. I would have liked to have known this info beforehand but couldn't find the details anywhere, they are probably listed right above here but i have been known to be blind in one eye, and can't see out the other ;) the cable management channels underneath the top are flimsy and do not hold much weight. I have two wallwart power supplies on one powerstrip and the channels have sagged due to the weight. no big deal to me though. i'll just drive in two screws and mount the powerstrip to those like i have done on two desks prior. the desk is a little low for me but ALL desks are about this height. this can be remedied easily by attaching some 2x4's to the legs with bolts throught to where the leveling feet are supposed to be screwed in. other than that this is a darn good desk for being particle board and what isn't anymore unless you want to spend booku bucks.

Excellent quality and Beautiful. I did not want to set anything on it at first it was so nice. Quality wood, gorgeous finish and solid as a rock. Will last for many many years to come.
