    Overall a really solid product that functions well and is stylish looking for the price point. Only complaints are the drawer locking mechanism and the hardware that prevents both upper/lower drawers from being open at the same time (anti-tipping). The anti-tipping device doesn't work well particularly if the drawers are full & heavy. It's a cheap mechanism that often sticks and doesn't switch between the upper & lower drawer properly. I own two of these lateral files and ended up removing the anti-tipping device from both as it was more hassle than it was worth from a safety standpoint.

      I don't know where all the paper work comes from. I just know I need more space to keep it all. The one difficult thing was putting it together. I didn't do it myself but my husband did have a little bit of a problem. It's already taken care of now.
