    Assembly does take some time. But, overall it's a decent product. When I removed the pieces from the packaging; I noticed one board was cracked. I found the customer service from Bush to be outstanding. I simply told them what piece was broken and they shipped out a new one the next day. The only problem I had during assembly was the screw that attaches the locking assembly stripped. I put some locktite on it and it seems to be holding ok so far. That piece could use an upgrade to something of better quality. Overall, it's a decent product for particle board construction.
