This desk is okay. Not terrific but not bad. I wanted a desk with storage space and having drawers on both sides seemed like I would get that. Maybe it's me but I find the the drawers too deep. Three on each side would have been better. They also limit my leg space, which annoys me. It does have a nice writing surface and it's easy to clean. Pretty sturdy.

I use this desk mainly to situate my laptop. It features a roomy surface which also accommodates on a daily basis- a lamp, a gallon of spring water, a large box of Kleenex, an external hard drive, magazines, speakers, and what’s in my pockets when I come home...still with ample room left over. The drawers also hold some stuff but what I keep in it is irrelevant. Assembly isn’t a pain if you first arrange the pieces according to their assigned letters and have a power drill in hand (although not recommended because it’s easy to strip a thread by over- tightening.) I was able assembled this desk all by myself in 2-3 hours using only a screwdriver 90% of the time, and I’m a small fellow…so go figure.

Pros-

Appearance
- I like the color and the warm feel that it brings to my room and not to mention a perfect balance of style. It is also sturdy, as is any Bush desk.
Size
- Not too big or small. You can easily work on it comfortably and features generous leg room.
Price
- It’s affordable compared to desks that take separate pedestals.

Cons-

No cable management
- Because I have a handful of wired devices on top of this desk, I’d prefer a neat hole to feed all my ac cords through
No drawer locks
- Although not the most important feature, a lock to keep out nosy kids would be handy
Drawer room
- The upper drawers could be more spacious, but I guess it’s unfitting for a desk to have deep boxes on top.
