Nice addition to the set

This unit is part of the three piece set that I purchased and my husband assembled in about 30 hours. The unit was very well packed and the directions clear and concise.
It is a nice looking filing cabinet and our fax machine fits on the top. I don't need it to lock, but the locking device works smoothly.
It holds regular and legal sized files, but I didn't like the setup for the regular files. I don't like the flimsy plastic piece that divided the drawer in half and instead, put in a metal frame, which allows me to load and unload files from the side as opposed to the front of the drawer. It works fine for me.
The unit compliments my other pieces nicely and I will be purchasing the tall bookcase to round out my set.

I purchased the L shaped desk and put that together. That was a little challenging, and took me many hours I love it.

This 2-drawer cabinet is working great for me so far. I was surprised by how great it looks and how sturdy it is. It has a lock so you can keep your files safe and secure and it also has a mechanism where you can only open one drawer at a time--to ensure it remains balanced and won't fall over. I think it's a great feature. I am very pleased with it and it matches my desk/hutch set wonderfully, making me wish that my home office wasn't hidden away in the basement. I imagine the whole set would look fantastic in a business office.
