    This hutch is quite good looking and functional. All the pieces in this line seem durable and easy to clean. However, the pieces are heavy and you will need two strong people to assemble and move it.

    The directions will tell you to mount the hutch onto the file cabinet top, THEN mount the whole assembly onto the file cabinet. This is a little tricky and needs two strong people.

    The top molding covers only the front, so if you place units side-by-side, they will butt together. The decorative hardware on the columns is a nice design feature. However, the nails provided are too short. Also, I did not like the gunmetal finish. This was easily changed to an antiqued brass finish by using Run'nBuff gold leaf, then stippling black paint over it. I then used 1" brass escutcheon pins to attach. Looks great!
