                  I purchased and assembled a "Bush" desk years ago for my husband, and was excited that I found another "Bush" desk assembly for myself. The finished product LOOKS amazing, but I know where the flaws are. This credenza with hutch was "Made in China". The plaster board is much less sturdy than I remember, the wood laminate is very flimsy and drawers/cabinet doors don't line up properly, a couple of the hutch parts have no finished edge exposing plaster board where wood laminate should be. The instructions leave a lot of room for guesswork; there was no indication, for example, that I should have assembled the hutch first to affix it to the top of the credenza. You don't find that out until you get to the box containing the hutch parts and instructions. In short, Bush sacrificed a lot of quality by moving its manufacturing and production to China.
