          I received the filing cabinets after a long wait for shipping. I opened the first box and the top board was broken in half. I opened the second box and removed three of the boards that make up the filing cabinets. Each of the three boards had either chipped corners or edges, and/or dents in the panels. Not impressed.

          To rectify the situation, I need to unpack both filing cabinets, assess whether the damage is greater than 50% and either return the cabinets (> 50% damage), or contact the manufacturer and have them send out the part numbers for the damaged pieces (<50% damage). Either way, sound like a lot of work to me and more lengthy shipping delays.
