      I was a bit surprised that this drawer needed to be assembled from scratch--it is made of wood composite panels that must be screwed together first, before installation under a desk surface.
      I found the design of it to be not the most efficient for space utilization; the wooden triangle front is stylish, but not really practical, as it yields little space for pens and won't fit a large felt tip marker due to clearance issues--the ridge is not deep enough.
      The tracks on mine seem not to slide as effortlessly as one may expect with ball bearings, but it does the job.
