As soon as I unpacked the product I noticed that the L-shaped piece connecting the back and the seat was not correctly attached to the back. Instead of being at right angles it is crooked. I would have returned the product, but I needed it right away. I thought it would be a problem when the back was flush to the seat, because I had read that the back height was adjustable, but that's not true. Since the back is several inches above the seat it doesn't much matter, though it may affect the ergonomics. I plan to unscrew the L-shaped piece, drill a new hole in the chair back, and reattach the pieces at the correct right angle. I hope this works.

I use this chair with my computer. I use it for my granddaughters homework chair because it will adjust to the perfect height. I also use it when I need to use my sewing machine.

Great chair, good quality. Only complaint is that it wasn't that easy to follow the assembly instructions. Good thing I don't need to adjust the height, since apparently I didn't put that part together properly and it doesn't work. But since it's the right height, I love the chair!

My wife was very hostile to these chairs when I ordered them online and very critical when they arrived. However she has mellowed and after sitting in them every day for two weeks her initial hostility has evaporated and I was allowed to order a second chair. I liked the chairs from the start and still do. The only problem we had is you have screw in the back control VERY tightly or the back will wobble.

Coomputer only... but as a 75 year old female to say that it was easy to assemble is really saying something (I do have an electric screwdriver). Great suppoort for my arthritic hip, too. Can you tell I like it?
