Very nice set. Well manufactured, it took me a few evenings to put it together and many steps required help from my wife, but it was fun. Some people say it look too bulky but it's practical and if you need a serious home office this is a great choice.

This is a great quality desk. My husband is very happy with the work area. It would be nice to have a small drawer to put pens and pencils in, but we knew when we bought it that it didn't. This is NOT a quick and easy thing to put together. If you do not like to do stuff like that, it isn't the desk for you. Also if your road or subdivision will not accomodate a semi truck, you will have to meet the truck driver somewhere to pick up your boxes, like we did. Fortunately we have an SUV that held the 6 large boxes. Overall quality wise, this piece or rather pieces are top notch.

At first I was doubting it would fit into the space in my office. When it arrived it was in 6 different boxes so it was easier to move it into the office and then assemble it. This desk is wonderful for people like me who have lots of paperwork and need to be on their computer at the same time. So far, this has (finally) allowed me the space to work in one area.

I'm using this desk for my small business office in my home; it takes up about half of the space available in an 8X10 room. This desk is everything I drempt it would be, and I'm really glad that I purchased it. It took a while to construct and connect the six units and at times I needed help to complete the task, but it was well worth the work. The instructions for the assembly of the individual units were clear, however, how to assemble it as a six peice unit, wasn't so clear. But,I love it and so does everyone else that has seen it in my home. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Improvments: Poor design of hutch doors, elimates overhead storage. Better surface covering of support pieces, IE: painted and paper covered surfaces.
