    I purchased this file cabinet to use with a cherry wood desktop I installed made from butcher block material. I had to drill holes in the underside of the butcher block/desk to "set" the cabinet and keep it from moving. It looks and works great. My only negative is the assembly instructions. To say they were inadquate would be a gross understatement. Missing steps, lack of visual information, and insufficient narrative caused me to assemble and unassemble several times. I would suggest a new purchaser follow every piece all the way through the full assembly before installing to see how each piece fits with the finished product.
