All necessary parts were included. 2 people assembled it in 4 hours. Moving it after assembly was difficult, but it held together. It holds a printer, desk supplies, and files. It fits well in a corner. Not as roomy as I wanted, but adequate.

Couple of pieces were replaced due to error in my putting it together, without question. Great customer service. Best for legal files and not letter. Letter will not sit 2-collumn deep.
