Berg Sierra Space Saver Loft Bed with 2 Chests, Desk and Storage Stairs

Reversible configuration - Berg’s space saver twin loft can be set up with the stair to the left or right, simply decide on the configuration before set up and reverse stair.

Student desk – the desk features 3 drawers and one pencil drawer. Drawers are a roomy 18” deep and offer substantial storage in a limited space. The attached hutch has an open back. The hutch also offers a built in fluorescent light bar. The sturdy laminate surface of the Berg desk holds up to years of student use.

(2) 5 drawer chests – 23” deep drawers offer a whole bureau’s worth of storage. The heavy gauge metal drawer slides are sturdy and reliable. The slides have a stop position when extended making it safe and easy to put away clothes and everything you need to store.

(2) open sided bookcases – behind the 5 drawer chest, and accessible from the loft end or under the desk, Berg has added 16” wide 18” deep bookcase storage. Plenty of room for books and treasures kids want to keep close at hand.

Berg’s signature staircase – this is a great feature. Replacing the old fashioned ladder, this innovative staircase with built-in drawers and shelves, offers practical storage space. The non-slip tread, a wide and roomy stepping surface, along with the handrail allows quick and safe access to the top bed. The stairs can also be sued for sitting during reading or any other family & friend get-together.

Upper bed – the upper loft bed has safety side rails and a solid mattress support. The twin size upper bunk accommodates a standard mattress up to 7” thick.

Durable laminate construction – Berg’s laminate is durable, holds up to kids play, and is cleanable with non-abrasive cleaners.

Drawer construction – European design using glue and dowels makes the drawers spacious and solid. All sides are finished with durable/easy to clean material. Berg uses a high quality, lifetime warranted, drawer hardware.
