Reversible configuration – Berg’s captain’s bed for two and stair can be set up with the stair to the left or right, simply decide on the configuration before set up and reverse stair end and chest and bed locations.

6 Drawer chests – 23” deep drawers offer a whole bureau’s worth of storage. The heavy gauge metal drawer slides are sturdy and reliable. The slides have a stop position when extended making it safe and easy to put away clothes and everything you need to store.

Berg’s signature staircase – This is a great feature. Replacing the old fashioned ladder, this innovative staircase with built-in drawers and shelves, offers practical storage space. The non-slip tread, a wide and roomy stepping surface, along with the handrail allows quick and safe access to the top bed. The stairs can also be used for sitting during reading or any other family & friend get-together.

Upper bed – the bed is low enough to accommodate toddlers as well as being practical for teenagers. The bed which includes a solid foundation has safety side rails and accommodates a standard mattress up to 7” thick. This bed is also available in full size.

Lower bed – the lower bed is designed with a mattress foundation and will accommodate a standard twin 7” thick mattress. The provided casters allow the bed to slide in and out for easy access.

Durable laminate construction – berg’s laminate is durable, holds up to kids play, and is cleanable with non-abrasive cleaners.

Drawer construction – European design using glue and dowels makes the drawers spacious and solid. All sides are finished with durable/easy to clean material. Berg uses a high quality, lifetime warranted, drawer hardware.
