Easy to put together, beautiful wood and wood work, the drawer is GREAT! This does scratch easily though, not sure what you can do about that, seems a common problem? Love the modern and simple look!

I'll admit, I read the reviews and knew this wasn't going to be the highest quality product. However, I love how it looks and I can't stand the way other cribs look :) It is overpriced for what you get; you pay for style I guess. The wood is pretty soft [...] Overall, I am happy with it because it seems sturdy, as far as not being shaky, and it's pretty. I bought teething rail guards right away to protect the wood from getting scratched by my pants and of course baby's teeth. I love the big drawer on the bottom.Just a side note, most mobiles do not work with the crib because the top rail is too thick.

Aesthetics: This crib has a beautiful espresso finish. I love how simple and elegant it looks. It's a great height - meaning it is not a tall crib. I don't have to bend over too far to reach into it. (I am 5 foot 6 inches) We have noticed the finish can scratch easily, but aren't concerned. (It will most likely get scratched over the course of time from use).Quality: Once assembled, it is very sturdy and feels solid. The bottom drawer fits nicely, but will not be able to withstand anything "heavy" as the material used for the bottom of the drawer is quite thin. My husband was able to assemble it with ease. Though I haven't had a chance to use it yet, the Mercer crib is stunning and very easy to put together. Unlike other online furniture purchases, the Mercer crib from Cymax stores made it to my house unscathed by the long journey[...].I am extremely picky about home furnishings and can say that the Mercer crib is a beautiful mid-century modern style piece of furniture that I am pleased to own.The only thing that is annoying about the piece is that the mattress that I paired it with fits a little too snugly into the crib and I find that I struggle getting it in and out.One more thing, there are several legal stickers on the crib that are very hard to remove.

This is a modern looking crib that is worth the money.
We were surprised at how good the quality of the wood and fixtures are with this crib.
We were slightly worried about the height compared to some others but now it's assembled and in the room it doesn't look or feel at all on the shorter side (we are 5"8 and 6"1).
It looks beautiful. We love it. Great choice.
