I have ordered the king size on May 4th. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. Since I am living in west coast, the shipping time is expected. In fact, it is faster than some of the furniture I purchased locally.
The boxes came with some deformation. As Cymax suggested, I wanted to open up the box before signing the receipt. However, the shipping guys are in a hurry. They told me to just checked the box is damaged and sign. This way the shipping company will honor the damage later.
The product including a headboard, a footboard, two rails, and three sets of cross bars each has a leg in the middle. a couple of hooks on the rail are slightly bend. It is, however, easy to bend it back. The headboard and footboard each has two sets of receiving pins embeded. I can use lower one if I want to use the box and use the top one without the spring box. The one of the pin on the footboard was not seated correctly, So, I cannot use the top setting.
I contact Cymax customer service through the internet. They send out a replacement footboard using fedex. This time it only takes two weeks. The replacement part fits perfectly. The installation was very easy. The cross bars were better than I expected. I put a plywood wrapped with plastic on top of the cross bar.
Overall the product is solid and I am very happy with the service.

Bed was great but bought it with the two nightstands and one was messed up and it took over a month to get the replacement.

This bed was easy to assemble and very solid. We put plywood on top of the slats per the recommendation of the temperpedic people since we did not buy a foundation and have the mattress right on the frame. Everything is made of solid wood and is beautiful. The antique walnut is a little darker than I thought it would be, but I still love it. My husband is a very large man and this bed supports us just fine!
