Care Instructions:

Wrought iron frame: Wash frames with a mild soap and water only. Rinse and dry thoroughly. It is advisable to treat the frames with liquid wax for maximum protection against UV light. Do not use any chemicals or abrasives to clean furniture, as this may affect the finish.

Earthenware: Humidity, evaporation and the natural characteristics of melting ice and water will surely lead to some sweating and leaking of water in the beverage cooler. These actions are deemed as normal.

Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.

A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address.

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
