The early workings of Howard Miller Total Home began in 1926 in Zeeland, Michigan. Trained by his father as a clock maker, Howard Miller began to create his own clocks at the age of 21. With a zeal for perfection, Miller developed a flair for avant garde clock designs, some of which adorn collector’s galleries today. He later joined forces with Ford Motor Company during World War II producing anti-aircraft covers.
