A true jogger stroller is a rugged three-weather wheeler specially designed for regular and bumpy off-road conditions. They are very different from, and are not to be confused with traditional baby strollers or the flimsy umbrella ones. A true jogging stroller is required equipment for running or active walking with baby on of any kind of rough or bumpy trails.

TIPS:
A good stroller advice: start off by power walking as opposed to running.
Check out baby through the moon roof and see how they are handling it. The condition of the trail and baby’s comfort should limit your speed.
Remember - start slowly, proceed carefully. Of course toddlers can handle a great deal more, and plus they let you know if things are getting rough.
MAINTENANCE:
Strollers with air-filled tires require maintenance. Quick release levers need to be tightened periodically, tires pumped, flats changed, seat inserts washed etcetera.
