I'm using these shelves in a couple of small closets where they fit perfectly. I use them to store our excess food items such as dry and canned goods. They look nice, and are fairly easy to assemble. I was a bit disappointed though to find out after receiving the shelves that the depth that is advertised includes the feet, which stick out about an inch on the front, back, and sides so I lost a couple of inches of depth and width that I thought I was going to have. Well, they are useful non-the-less. I just can't store quite as much on each shelf as I thought I was going to be able to. I would recommend these shelves to a friend... just be aware that you need to subtract about 2 inches from the depth and width measurements.

Nice piece -- relatively easy to assemble. If you plan on using it only for DVDs, you will only be able to fit five of the shelves (at least if you want to stack the DVDs so their titles show). Still, we're ordering another one.

I recently built a home theater in my basement and needed a place to put the many video tapes, DVDs, Blu-Rays, SACDs and CDs I had accumulated over the years. They were found in plastic organizers in the kitchen, zippered carrying cases, boxes in storage and in wall units throughout the house. Now that I centralized my entertainment system, I needed a place to centralize my media. This product did exactly what I wanted at a minimum cost. I now have everything in one unit, with plenty of room to expand if needed. At first, when I unpacked it and saw the pieces, I became overwhelmed,but soon I began to see how simple it was to put together and individualize to suit my own needs. While it did not look sturdy, as I put it together (I dreaded the thought of having to anchor to the wall), once I put it together, it was perfect. I will expand what I have if I ever need more space....attractive, well built, easy to assemble

I needed a sturdy DVD/CD stand and this one has been a pleasant surprise. It holds quite a bit, and was fairly easy to put together. It is definiely worth the price. It looks elegant and does not take up too much space.

I ordered this to fit in a small space in one of my closets and it was spot on perfect. Great size and gets the job done. I loved it so much - I didn't count my DVDs before ordering, so I ordered a second one to put beside the first - one is kids collection, the other ours and they are perfect. I thought is was very easy to snap together - did it in 15 to 20 minutes. [...] Very satisfied....

Used for straight DVD storage--for this it almost needs to be at least 10 inches taller. I really like the dividers and the ease at which we could put it together.

We have 4 of these racks now (we have alot of DVD's). They are very strong, inexpensive and I think they look fine.

This one is sort of hard to put together; however, once that part is over, then it's worth the effort. I purchased 2 of these, so now my movies have a home. Great for organization purposes!
