    Would have been nice to have an acutally file size drawer. I think I can make one out of the two smaller drawers though.

    I used an electric screw driver. Without it, the assembly would have been a nightmare.

        I loved the look of this desk and the 5 year warranty. I knew it was ready to assemble and my husband and I have assembled many things so this was not a problem for us. My only real complaint is that the compartment for the CPU does not hold any of our CPU's. (They were all too tall, I had 3 to try) I was pretty upset because now the CPU is on the floor. There is a shelf above this compartment which maybe I could eliminate, but this was not realized until the entire unit was put together, and I did not want to go back and take the entire thing apart. I think the description should specify maximum height in relation to this issue. Other than that, I love this desk. It looks really great. Seems very sturdy and strong and I am sure it will hold up for many years to come.

          It looks good, and the parts are well marked, but still a lot of work. The one big problem I have is, there is not enough room for a mouse on the keyboard. I actually had to add a piece of pine by screwing it onto the bottom of the desktop on the right side and paint it black to make the desk usable

          Love this desk!! Bought it for my pre-college son's bedroom and it is perfect! Fits in a small space, but provides lots of working room. Stylish, really sturdy, beautiful finish, attractive detail, functional design. And...cymax price was the best online detail, even beat my usual favorite on-line retailer.
